Bacteria were fixed, permeabilized and stained with AF-647 NHS ester. Abbelight buffer was used for imaging.

SAFe360, 3D-STORM using DAISY technology 

Fixed and permeabilized E. coli were imaged by 3D-STORM using Abbelight’s SAFe 360 module.
